Team Creativity Finland offers creative, painting-based workshops and experiences designed to strengthen team collaboration, communication, and psychological safety. We use creative tools (like painting) to help teams explore strategy, values, change, and well-being in an engaging and solution-focused way.
No! You don’t need any prior painting or art experience. All workshops are fun, relaxed, and designed so that creativity can be expressed by anyone, regardless of skill level.
We offer a variety of creative experiences, including:

Community art pieces where teams create a joint artwork together.
Workshops can be held at your chosen location anywhere in Finland, such as your office, a meeting space, or an event venue. Materials and guidance are included and brought to the site of your event.
Most workshops last between 1–3 hours, but we can customize the duration based on your team’s goals and schedule.
Yes! Our workshops are suitable for groups from small teams up to larger groups (5–50+ people). We adjust the format and facilitators to fit your group size.
Workshops can be delivered in Finnish, Swedish, English, and Spanish.
